Label/Seal Number

Label Number is a number that HUD assigns to each section of each manufactured home.

Label Numbers always have a 3 character prefix, such as TEX.

The prefix is always followed by 7 digits, such as 0012345.

The entire Label Number is 10 digits. Here are some examples of complete Label Numbers:
TEX0012345
TXS0045678
ULI0087654

If you use a label number in your search you can enter the beginning characters of the label number
and all records that begin with those characters will be returned.
Be aware that this type of search could result in an extremely long list of records.

If your home has more than one section and you can't find your home in this database using one of your label numbers, try each of the other label numbers.
