License Number

If you do not know the installer’s license number and the installer has
an active license, you may use our “View Active License Records”
option to search for the active license record using the license holder’s name.
If you use a License number in your search you can enter the beginning characters of the number
and all records that begin with those characters will be returned.
Be aware that this type of search could result in an extremely long list of records.
